Back by popular demand James Sweetman (www.jamessweetman.com) will facilitate our workshop on Tuesday 21st May in the Clayton Hotel. If you are seeking to boost your motivation and confidence levels and gain new insights on a range of relevant personal development topics, then this is the session for you. We all know the importance of ‘Taking Ownership’ of our careers, and indeed life, but it is all too easy to get distracted by the busyness of daily responsibilities. This workshop is an opportunity to take a ‘time out’ and to reassess what’s important to you.
As a result of attending this workshop you will:
- Have greater clarity around your personal definition of success, your individual ‘North Star’ and why true success and fulfilment is not just about the destination.
- Why career development is all about ‘adding value’ and being valued.
- Discover practical ways to boost our levels of confidence and empowerment and in the process, get out of our own way.
- Learn strategies for achieving an equitable work life balance.
- Know how to create your own ‘leadership brand.’
This workshop will be facilitated by James Sweetman, a highly-rated and well-respected Motivational Speaker, Executive & Life Coach, and Author. He’s always thought-provoking and his style whilst professional is fun and engaging. Themes central to James’s work include thriving amidst change, developing leadership capability, boosting self-confidence and personal mastery.
